Todays WOD is about speed and power. been away from WODs for a while, but im back and ready to get back on top. so we are doing a full body workout just to get the body going. started of with 10 bike followed up with MAQ, foam roaling and dynamic stretching.
the WOD
Hanging Power snatch 6–6–6–6–6–6 super Dips -10-10-10-10-10- set.
That was it. Did 3×15 of shoulder laterals and hammercurls for the feeling. finished of with 3 set of max crunches and 2 set of max plank. Hard work is everything.
